Modern Slavery Statement 2022

At GreenSphereCBD, we are committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking do not take place in any part of our business or supply chain. We take our responsibilities under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 very seriously and we are committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in any form.

Our Business

GreenSphereCBD is a CBD blog and information resource for consumers interested in learning more about CBD products, benefits, and news. We do not engage in the manufacture, importation, or sale of any physical products, and as such we do not have any direct supply chains. However, we work with a variety of third-party suppliers and partners, and we are committed to ensuring that these suppliers share our values and commitment to ethical business practices.

Our Policies

We have a number of policies and procedures in place to ensure that we comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and other relevant legislation. These include:

Code of Conduct: Our Code of Conduct outlines our commitment to ethical business practices and sets out the standards that we expect from all of our employees and business partners.
Supplier Code of Conduct: We expect all of our suppliers and partners to adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct, which sets out our expectations in relation to human rights, labour practices, and environmental standards.
Due Diligence: We conduct due diligence on all of our suppliers and partners to ensure that they are committed to ethical business practices and that they do not engage in any form of modern slavery or human trafficking.
Training: We provide training to our employees and relevant third parties to raise awareness of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking and to ensure that they are able to identify and report any potential issues.
Our Commitment

We are committed to the following:

Ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking do not take place in any part of our business or supply chain.
Working with our suppliers and partners to ensure that they share our values and commitment to ethical business practices.
Regularly reviewing and updating our policies and procedures to ensure that they remain effective and up-to-date.
Providing training and support to our employees and relevant third parties to raise awareness of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking.
This statement is made in accordance with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that GreenSphereCBD has taken to prevent slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains during the financial year 2022.
